Terms of Service

1. The service

Hireward turns emails you forward into a scored job shortlist, an application tracker, and tailored resumes. You always review and submit applications yourself —Hireward never applies on your behalf.

2. Your account

You need a valid email address. You are responsible for what you forward to yourHireward address; only forward email you have the right to share.

3. Plans and billing

Free includes up to 25 tracked applications and 10 tailored resumes total, at no cost. Pro is $15/month (or $150/year, ten months for twelve), billed through Stripe, and includes unlimited tracking and 30 tailored resumes per month. Cancel whenever you like from Manage billingin Settings — it opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can also change your card or download invoices. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the period you already paid for; we do not prorate refunds for a period in progress. If you would rather we cancel for you, write to support@hireward.app. Charges appear on your statement as HIREWARD. Limits may evolve; we will not reduce what an active subscription already paid for.

4. Honest-output policy

Tailored resumes only contain claims traceable to your confirmed master resume. You are responsible for verifying every document before sending it to an employer.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping, no reselling access, no forwarding content you lack rights to, no attempts to breach other users' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or the accuracy of third-party job listings. Liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. See also our Privacy Policy.
